What
sort of injury claims do Accident Compensation UK deal with?
Our expertise and resources mean that we are able
to act in virtually any type of personal injury claim. The
majority of our work is made up of claims arising from road
traffic accidents, accidents at work
and tripping and slipping accidents in the street and other
public places. We also regularly take on more specialist
personal
injury claims, so whatever your claim requirements contact
us.

Will
I have to pay anything?
No all legal costs are paid by the other side if your claim
is successful, and in the unlikely event that your claim is
not successful then you still pay nothing because of our No
Win No
Fee funding scheme guarantees that we will not charge you.

How
long will my claim take?
Our job is
to get you the maximum damages (compensation) in the least
possible time. Most cases are settled within 6-10 months but
that all depends on how complicated the case is and the extent
of the injuries.

Will
I get all my compensation?
Yes you will receive 100% of the compensation awarded if we
win. If we do not win the case you still pay us nothing.

Is
there a time limit for bringing a claim?
The normal time limit
from the date of the injury is three years, however there are
exceptions where the injured person was under
18 years of age at the time of accident. If you have developed
a disease or some other condition through the fault of someone
else then the rules are more complicated. The courts however
have discretion to allow claims to continue even if the 3 year
time
limit has
been exceeded.

You
say your service is Free, how can this be?
If your claim
is successful you will receive 100% of your compensation, the
solicitor working for you will claim his costs from the third
party's insurance company. If the claim is unsuccessful the solicitor
works on a No Win No Fee basis. Either way you pay nothing.
